After moving here last year, I tried for months to use this service. Each week my order would have errors. The lady at the desk was apologetic, but the truth is, the service is poor. I tried 4 times to use the online contact form, but never got any replies. You can’t call anyone who is actually responsible for your clothes and the lady at the desk gives excuses like, “they have thousands of shirts to do, they can’t pay attention to your specific instruction.” My question is… why are specific instructions an option on your we... read more
