Nice people …however word of advice just check your car to utmost detail and definitely test drive … I was naive and didn’t do that …and hence had to face the consequences …it’s just business for them but it is you who will end of with a faulty car… All I want is for someone not to go through the hassles I went. I’m surprised they still have 4 stars. Follow up after about one year of buying this car this car has cost me extra 5k for repairs of brake,disc, clutch , flywheel, cambelt.. and has gone to garage again … don’t know... read more

Myself and my other half had a HORRENDOUS experience using this company (Also known as Park Lane Cars and Deep Mill Diner Ltd) in particular their employee Adam who was left in charge running the business whilst the owner Nadia Majid is away on holiday till 2nd September. Having collected us from the train station in his Audi A4 and breaking every highway code taking us to pick up her new car. One star is generes given the way they treated my mother in law the lady on the phone was incredibly rude making my mother in law cry on multiple occasions you would think that when speaking to customers you would be polite and respectful but this women was far from that we was given multiple dates that the car would be “ready” and when we would call we would get told it isn’t ready and to stop calling I would highly recommend going to a different place unless you want to be belittled by the staff
I bought a car from here and it was a great experience. Adam was very helpful and reassuring. Would recommend
