Kent Mayeux condo flooded my kitchen in the condo next to his. He agreed to repair it.Then he discovered that the right side of the kitchen had mildew while fixing the left side.He called me and said he would have the right side gutted and replace the Sheetrock. He asked me to buy the cabinets for that side and new countertops for both side. I agree. I paid him in full. The cabinets are too big. The dishwasher won’t fit.
