Twice I've had to deal with their incompetence. On 7-5-22 I called for an ambulance for my husband having heat exhaustion. The lady EMT heard him cough (it's chronic) and told us it was Covid! She told us it wouldn't do any good to take him to a hospital because they would just send him home after he tested positive. No matter what we told her about his possibly having heat stroke! So, since when do EMTS make a diagnosis???? I have to practically beg them to help me get him in my car so I could take him to the hospital mysel... read more

Last year I had the misfortune to fall and break my leg while in the Mayes County Sheriffs office . MESTA was called and arrived quickly. The EMT's were very professional, and quickly stabilized my leg, and totally eliminated my pain. The ride to St. Johns in Tulsa was a bit bumpy, but that's just our Oklahoma roads. The ER was ready for me, and I was quickly admitted. We are very fortunate to have such a great service here, with well trained personnel.

Always driving this big white monstrosity around. Usually, have a combination of red/blue/amber flashing lights. They always act like they're in a hurry. Sometimes they follow to close, flashing those lights trying to pass me. I never let them though. How rude...
