I want to say just how nice everyone is from here. I ended up having an emergency that brought me to their parking lot (car was on fire) they helped make sure I was okay, had me come inside while I waited for the tow truck to get the vehicle, my insurance company to get back to me, and even made sure I made it home. They helped google things for me since I wasn't familiar with the area and really made a stress inducing situation very manageable. We've been very impressed with Oklahoma Farm Bureau's excellent customer service and willingness to answer questions. But second, we've experienced their wonderfulness in every day life. My tire went flat on the side of the highway this morning. My sisters and I began to hear the metal tire hit the highway so we pulled over but had none of the tools necessary to fix it.
