To work here you need no experience but it takes getting used to the 12 hour shifts and using your hands the entire time you are working. A lot of people give up on their first day but your first day is the toughest bc you are probably not used to doing this type of work. After 2 or 3 weeks it becomes easier and you are on autopilot on all of the machines and side work. It’s not stressful one bit like other factory type jobs. I own a yard ruler & was handed from my mother , durable . It’s used for measuring while I sew . Best ruler to have .👍🏻

such a bad environment. old jusgemental men doing nothing but walking around all day looking for reasons to get rid of people. seriously! and when day can't find any reason they will find a reason to not like you and I promise you if you are not old they probably will not like you. They treat their employees unfair. they do not care about your work ethic.
