I have always used Mayer's Appliance Service. I thought their work was excellent and affordable. My grandson has an issue with his washer. Called them. They came out and told me the problem. Needed to order the part. Never called me back. I called them and was told it was on back order from the manufacturer and would be in Wednesday. Still waiting. Called again and was told he was putting a track on it. Still waiting. I have called at least 10 times and left messages for them to return my call because he doesn't seem to answ... read more
My washer had 3 separate issues. They came out on schedule and fixed one issue, then a second issue arose. He came back out and fixed it as soon as I called them (no charge). When I called about a third issue, he walked me through adjusting my hoses and fixed the problem. Again, no charge. While there the second time, they even fixed a "macgyvered" knob on my dryer. Now it looks like everyone else's - no charge. Great customer service and decent prices. I'm recommending them to anyone that asks.
I would recommend Mayer's for washer repair. Quick and efficient. Replaced a pump in 15 minutes! Saved me from buying a new machine and has 1 year warranty on parts.
Oh... my... gosh! I can't express how happy and grateful we are with Mayer's! 2 large appliances needed repair, and we feared new ones would need to be bought. Called Mayer's, and although they were on a service call elsewhere, returned my call almost immediately! Scheduled a quick convenient time, showed up, SUPER nice, and took care of the repairs ASAP! Very pleased with service! They came out the same day I called to fix my washer. Affordable and explained everything in simple terms. Very nice guy and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. Very honest and reluable . I would recommend over and over and plan on using their service if needed again!
I will definitely call this service again. Excellent service, showed up in a timely manner, was efficient and didn't try to rob me on the way out the door. Highly recommend!
My refridge stopped cooling so I needed it to be fixed ASAP. Contacted Mayer late Wednesday, showed up first thing Thursday morning. Based off of the information I gave they brought a part and repalced. Fridge was repaired within 20 minutes. Others repair shops I contacted couldnt arrive until Monday.
Didn't show up as scheduled or call to indicate why. Never again will I waste my time and patience with this outfit.
