Very welcoming staff and studio. The workshop was very helpful and I learned more than I already knew. Would definitely recommend Mayer Wellness.
I attended the Fascia-Informed Whole Body Self-Care Workshop today and it was a great way to learn self treatment techniques for use at home. Kaitlyn was helpful with giving tips and explaining what approaches would help with various symptoms that the attendees had. The space was very comfortable, too!
