I went to the free class. It was educational. The best part I felt so relaxed afterwards. The next day I woke up tight and got my free tool and used it. I greatly appreciate it!

I attended the Fascia-Informed Whole Body Self-Care Workshop today and it was a great way to learn self treatment techniques for use at home. Kaitlyn was helpful with giving tips and explaining what approaches would help with various symptoms that the attendees had. The space was very comfortable, too!
