I just obtained Jim Mayer for probate of my mothers will. We are just starting the process and I am very happy with what has been done so far. He started the process immediately and he answers your calls personally. I like what I see so far. Seems very knowledgeable and efficient.
DO NOT USE HIM HE SCREWED UP OUR CHAPTER 13 AND CAUSED US TO LOOSE EVERYTHING. I FIRED HIM SEVERAL TIMES SO WE COULD GET ANOTHER LAWYER BUT HE REFUSES TO GO AWAY AND NOW OUR CHAPTER 13 IS NOW A CHAPTER 7 WHEN I GOT SICK HE DIDNT TELL THE CHAPTER 13 TRUSTEE SO WE COULD GET A 30 DAY REPREVE HE NEVER TOLD OUR MORTGAGE COMPANY. HE WONT HELP US GET A MODIFICATION AND NOW THEY ARE TAKING EVERYTHING WE OWN. HE DOESNT RETURN PHONE CALLS OR LETERS. HE IS TERRABLE. HE COST US THE SALE OF OUR RENTA;L HE SUCKS. DONT USE THIS MAN.
