Would not recommend working with Molly at Mayer & Associates. My experience was not positive. It felt impossible to get answers to my insurance questions, which is the whole purpose of having an insurance rep. She was always extremely short and seemed irritable with every interaction. Why work in customer service if you can’t provide a positive experience for your clients? I’m still waiting on a follow up, and an answer in regards to my cancellation refund.
