From my experience, I loved my cut and my salon experience. It's very Hispanic-y and Dominican feel to it, which is very humble and welcoming to me. I have curly hair and have been to other salons that don't really know how to cut and handle curly hair, and always suggest to straighten my hair. I've driven by Mayelin's Salon before plenty of times and decided to stop by after I got a straight cut and was not happy at all with it. Worst hair salon in North Miami. I went to color my hair burgendy, well they did the hair coloring and i really liked how it was going, than they suggested I use a hair treatment due to my hair being dry and brittle, so they applied it after they washed my hair dye out. After I get out the dryer with the hair treatment, my hair had turned orange / yellow ! I had the worst experience at this salon, I would never ever come back. I went October 25 to ask if they could Change my hair color like I show them in the main picture; they said yes we can and made my appt. When ever I show up on my appt I show the lady (Rosa) the picture again she look at it for 5sec and didn’t even ask me questions.
