These guys are amazing and looked after my dad until his final day today. I can't recommend them enough how they made him feel comfortable, we're so caring. I actually wanted to buy them both a beer and say thank you properly for the support. Sorry I didn't catch their names but you know who you are and your manager should be proud of you . I felt so reassured when they were there that I didn't want them to leave! Thanks again.
Very nice
We recently approached Mayden to provide domicillary care for our Mum who has dementia. Following a negative experience with a previous care company, we were a little apprehensive about changing. However, mum has settled really well. The carers carry out their role with compassion, and mum talks about them - the way they interact with mum is heartwarming.
