Called multiple places and this fella was the only one with coherent answers and information. Great communication all around. Showed up a little early, was very organized and efficient in getting the inspection done. Lots of extra insights. Definitely recommend.

I sent in a request with my problem through the website, I was contacted within 24 hours, got a text before the call to confirm if I was available, and had a 20 minute phone conversation going through my humidity issue to diagnose what might be the issue. A company that delivers like this is a rare find, which is why they now have my loyalty. I'll be using them for any future home inspection or any issue I might have with my home. Worth every penny. Appreciate the good and honest work you do!
