The sales staff is very thorough and was great about walking us through the process and options. I found the execution to be less professional. It was conveyed to us that we would have a check-in after the work was completed to ensure the work was done to our satisfaction. This did not occur. In addition, we were assured that debris from the roofing would be cleaned up (specifically roofing nails as we have kids) and to this day we find nails everywhere on our property. 30 nails on our deck alone. From sales to service and installation, Maycon provided an excellent experience. Sales was knowledgeable and willing to provide all the info I required. Project management kept me in the loop about everything going on, and the installation team did a stellar job. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a roof that exceeds code. Quality work, quality service all around.
Will did a phenomenal job breaking down the options and packages, they had to offer and the step-by-step roof replacement process the on-site crew would perform. Tino the project manager was a pleasure to deal with making sure all of my concerns were resolved. The roof looked great and should last for years to come.
Very professional and helpful with any questions I had. I was working with a guy named Will for a roof inspection I was getting done.
I would highly recommend will Simmons to any and all friends needing work done. He came out to my house and answered any and all questions me and my husband had.
