Update. Its been two weeks since my last attempt to get a hold of some one and still nothing. Been waiting since June for windows and nothing this company is a fraud. They take ur money and run. We will be contacting our lawyer and the BBB and will be taking them to court. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. FIND SOME ONE ELSE. Does anyone know how to get a hold of upper management, Tino out project manager hasn't reached out since July for any updates we already made payment. Its now end of October and still nothing.

does anyone know how to get ahold of this company?? we paid them 4k to get supplies in august and haven’t heard anything back from them since. I don’t even know if they still plan on doing the work since we can’t reach anyone. Any advice on when it’s best to call or the best day of the week to call would be appreciated.
Tino and his Team were great. We had our Metal roof replaced with Shingles and it was a great option. He had a few hiccups with the Sales Team due to Rep changes and in getting the ball rolling. Sales Reps need to be very clear on what all a new roof includes and what is extra. Checking up on customer concerns could be handled in a more timely manner. Tino worked with us to get us to a happy point and make everything good. All in all we are happy with our service.
