The manager of their Cortez rd store completely failed at doing his job and following instructions from Sprints Customer Service. I was only supposed to have been giving a replacement phone instead because the manager didn't read the notes I left with 2 phones. I tried to take the extra phone back as the manager told me I had to pay a $45 restocking fee. I tried to tell him in the beginning that I don't need nor do I want another phone. The Pavilion team in Port Orange Florida is great and always excited to help. Mr. G****** the District Manager also gets involved and made sure the issue was resolved promptly. Outstanding customer service.

I went into the Orange City Maycom ( sprint authorized dealer ) today to upgrade one of my lines on the account. While doing the upgrade the sales rep Marlyna advised that she can reduce my bill by changing my plan to unlimited promotion plan they have, she stated if it does not reduce the bill then I would be paying the same as what I already had. She also stated that we would be getting **** on each line for free, but in order to get me into this $100 unlimited plan with free **** I needed to have a 5th line, but that the ... read more

We purchased new I-phone 7's from the MayCom Communications location in St. Augustine on May 17. The assistant manager told us he could not waive the activation fees for both phones, but S*************** would waive them. When we contacted S***************, they said that MayCom has to waive the fees since the phones were not purchased from a corporate store. Sprint told me today that Maycom is a third line store and can not offer Sprints special promotions. I am paying regular price for a IPhone 7 after purchasing the Phone from them. IS THIS A SCAM. MAYBE I SHOULD CALL M***************

The customer service at the store was amazing the energy was great and I love the new staffing at Killian the store is really coming together nicely since the last time i was here a year ago! Thanks again my "maycom family" like they say!

Granted, this is a new location but the customer service stinks! I have been talking with the store manager for nearly a month to get my bill corrected for a mistake he made. I have been standing in their store for nearly an hour and only 1 employee working. A second on the computer in the back of the store not assisting, at least 1 female voice in the back and the manager back there too. I ask the 1 guy working to let his manager know I am here to see him, I am still waiting over 15 minutes later.
