My yearly eye exam. Everyone at the office is extremely helpful and very Pleasant. Dr Rowan examined my eyes and indicated that there was a very little change to my eye sight. The doctor was very thorough and answered all of my questions. The office gave me my new glasses and contacts prescriptions. Before I left they tightened my old glasses and made sure that I was happy with my appointment. this is the 3rd eye practice I've gone to 13 yrs since returning to Reno 13 yrs ago and by far the friendliest and most automated! what a swift eye exam! I have every confidence that I'll be seeing right as rain soon! I look forward to getting my new and did I mention inexpensive glasses soon! and they include a clip on sunglasses! so very excited
These lovely folks ( each and every person who works here and the docs, at least my doc) are at the top of the pack. Skilled. And somehow, they have figured out how to meet each patient at the place they are. Insurance, no insurance, Medicare, and —honoring VSP pricing guidelines, if you have VSP.
