Was charged $1500 to get my taxes prepared when the fee I was told was only $399. Then my 2019 taxes got penalized because she input wages that I did not tell her to and now I have to go through the courts just to get my money back from 2 years ago. She has tax agents without credentials working for her . Everything is a scam. She only gets back money for her family and friends everybody else gets scammed especially old people .
