I have a very bad experience with this company. I have lost & damage some of my household furniture during moving from house to another house. They are very rude & I got a hard time in communication & response. I don’t recommend this company for moving & storage
0 stars, 0/10 would not recommend. TL;DR: If you do not have enough crew to cover when one of your employees has a family emergency, you DO NOT have enough crew. You are messing with people's lives here. I received a confirmation call the day before my move telling me they would be there between 8am and 10am. Great! I had been packing my house for weeks, and even stayed up until three in the morning the night before the move making sure we had things ready to go.
