I originally mentioned that they are the best in the business. Man, was I ever wrong! They installed a new heat pump on 8/26/2019 at a cost of $4950, which was a good price. The following month it stopped cooling and I called them to repair it, got no answer, ever! Left several voice mails, never a call back. Drove by the their office several times and it was locked up, no more vans parked there even at night! Turns out, it was installed without a permit. The drivers for this company need to realize the speed limit on 52 is NOT 80 mph . One has came off the Holly Springs exit more than one morning driving recklessly up 52. Again this morning. 😡 You may want to slow your drivers down, next time they may get slowed by a cop.
