I cannot rave enough about the kindness and professionalism of this company! They were very attentive to my needs and went out of their way to help me with my project! I must say this 5 star review is well deserved. They were able to duplicate my 118 year old rafter tails to perfection. They were willing to work with me even though my schedule didn’t allow for much more than a few calls and mostly texting during breaks and occasionally lunch. Thank you for the care you took and the understanding you showed my son ( my helper) and I. I am very happy and will use you in the future and I highly recommend your services.
I had a flat tire up on the highway in front of their business, so I pulled onto the top of a long dtive. As I was trying, unsuccessfully, to reach someone to come and change my tire, a man, Matt came up on a four wheeler and asked if I needed help. He saw my tire an proceeded to help without any further questions. I had a piece of my jack missing, he made 2 trips to find parts to make it work, changed it and I was on my way, Matt stating how beautiful a day it is and for me to go and enjoy the day now.
