Personalmente tuve muy buena relación con Lucia, fue siempre directa, sincera y respetuosa. I have been living in this property over 5 years. For sure I could say, the worst property manager lucia pascut in my whole life. It sounds frustrating to deal with a rude property manager. Clear communication is crucial in property management. unfortunately, her lack of professionalism and poor communication skills is very disappointing. I have stayed here for six months and I'm very happy. The design of the complex creates a slice away from the city. The gated community makes me feel safe at night. There are two designated outdoor spaces that invite you to relax. Many families live here and it is safe for children to play and be kids. There is room for you to be by yourself or invite friends and family. I do not feel judged or harassed by my neighbors. Management is professional and kind.
