I called to inquire about an apartment and was Told that the deposit was $1300, the rent was $1200. I didn’t think that was legal anymore, charging more for than the rent for a deposit. She said she didn’t know?? How do you not know that?? So know your rights when looking for a place to live. Don’t allow places to be shady.
Personalmente tuve muy buena relación con Lucia, fue siempre directa, sincera y respetuosa. I have been living in this property over 5 years. For sure I could say, the worst property manager lucia pascut in my whole life. It sounds frustrating to deal with a rude property manager. Clear communication is crucial in property management. unfortunately, her lack of professionalism and poor communication skills is very disappointing.
