Long waiting time. Only 2 counters open. Many people. Limited seat. No queue number was given, the receptionist just said will call by name and said waiting time need 2-3 hours. Staff keep asking same question for N times even I answer it firmly, yet still no solution was given. Got 10 counters but only 2 open, 1 customer need to serve 1 hour not yet done. Jokes.
I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the service provided at this bank branch. I had to wait for an excessively long time, from around 10 a.m. until 12 p.m., without receiving any clear information about my turn. The staff informed me that customers would be called by name. Bukak acc pun kena sampai 2 jam. Mana taknya. Counter bukak 3 je. Customer pulak ramai. Please lah tambah staff ek. Bukak counter banyak sikit. Tempat duduk pun limited. Kesian kalau ada elderly and pregnant woman.
