March 2026 Major improvement this time, priority being arrange for my grandma right at the queue ticket counter. The officer (Chinese lady) very helpful, thank you! Jan 2026 Poor service, waited 45 mins for my turn. Brought my grandmother here to replace her expired debit card. My grandma is 95 years old and wheelchair bound. Unfortunately, there isn’t any priority or extra care. Disappointing as this is supposed to be the national bank and of course traditional banking that felt like they are still stuck at 10 years ago.
Excellent and very good service. Friendly and very helpful. For opening account by counter 18 today @ 23/2/2026. May God Bless you Miss and i managed to get my daugther account today.
