1 tiny taco plate comes out every 20 minutes so if the line is long you could easily wait 45 min to an hour. Ridiculous prices. My food even came out wrong, I ordered birria and I got chewy carne asada. Terrible experience overall. At least warn people about the wait before they order.
An absolute disaster of an experience. It took well over an hour for three tacos and they ran out of what I ordered before it was ready. Would not order from this food truck again
Barbacoa and fish tacos are delicious.
Maya's catered our wedding and they were SPECTACULAR. Went above and beyond to give our 100 guests a really great dinner. We ordered a variety of tacos and fajitas, and they had the thought to include cheese enchiladas for any vegetarians. We had compliments from everyone about how good the food was! We have friends from up in Shoreline that have driven down to the Rainier Ave location to get dinner since the wedding!
