Stopped by Mayan Monkey Brews for happy hour and ended up trying a little bit of everything. We got a spread of tacos, wings, and a few IPA pours on draft. The wings were probably my favorite, and the beers were solid across the board. I also liked that it had a relaxed neighborhood brewery feel and wasn’t overly loud or packed when we went. Good spot if you’re looking for a casual happy hour in Gaithersburg with decent food and plenty of beer options. I’d come back, especially for the wings and another round of IPAs.

Overall great experience! I had the blackberry mojito, queso and corn callejeros! All of it was delicious, our waitress was so kind and took care to get our big group order, and food came out very quickly. Big beautiful space and a great place to meet up with friends for a good meal and drink. Will be returning next time I'm in the area!

Nuestra mesera fabiola es la peor mesera que me ha atendido en la vida, no fue cordial al saludar, cuando llegamos nos dejó los menús y nisiquiera nos ofreció algo de beber ni de comer, me tocó a mi ir a buscarla para hacerle el pedido, cuando ella tomó el pedido (que era entrada) me dijo; “solo eso?”. Cuando llegó con nuestra entrada y bebidas le pedimos un plato fuerte porque no teníamos casi hambre y con los nachos ya era suficiente completando con una hamburguesa y nuevamente nos preguntó: ¿solo eso? Our server Fabiola was outstanding at doing the bare minimum. Literally the only customers there and we were never checked on once. Our food came, we ate, food was good. I had to walk up to the bar where she was standing talking on her cell phone, just so we could get a refill. I almost felt like I had to apologize for interrupting her. Good luck, visiting this place, the spot looks nice, clean, the food is good, service, maybe try a different server.
