Have stayed here the last six years and loved it. This year however the female manager was very disrespectful. Phone calls at 5am complaining about where we parked after being told by staff where to park and we better move our we can find a new hotel. Also told she didn't need our business during bike week because we can be replaced. Not organized like they normally were. After 6 years we won't be staying here again.
Can't believe this place Is able to even be open to stay at. Roaches roaches , air not cold and leaks all over floor . No door knobs . We had 9 rooms and half of us left early cause it was so bad and all they had to say was sorry. Sitting by pool and all the air conditioners leak so bad it feels like it's raining. Pot and pans n kitchen are so rusty and when u try to cook on others the pan has all kinds of black stuff in it. Horrible stay want ever go back and I have pictures for proof of all these issues . Mayan Inn should be closed down! Lets say you get what you pay for price was great location was wonderful however... I wouldn't stay again for free!!!! Checked out this morning 3 days early. Air didn't work in room and leaking on floor, shower didn't drain, sink wouldn't cut off, pipe on deck broken so nasty slimy water covered balcony, worst all of roaches!!!
