These villas are absolutely exquisite, so much love has been put in every detail, beautiful nature, beautiful people owning the property. We had a wonderful stay and were welcomed with a homemade warm bread a butter, nothing better than that. Thanks for having us!
What an incredible location for a celebration - the views and villas are absolutely stunning and luxurious, the catered food by Jodie is 5 star michillan level, absolutely outstanding. So much attention to detail including freshly baked break in the rooms. This place is truly one of a kind in Australia, we will definitely be back!

We were honoured to be the first guests to stay at Mayan Farm Kin Kin, May 2025 and it was the perfect place to celebrate my 60th birthday with my family. Mayan farm is just simply outstanding! Every detail has been so carefully planned and executed to perfection. From the tasty food that you can order from their menu, to the amazing styling and design of the accomodation everything is absolutely top quality products.
