The guys who delivered the furniture were rude, primarily the leader of the group, and many items are broken. Do not recommend.

I have used Maya several times in recent years, for local moves and recently to take pieces to NYC. Leo Razan is always so helpful and easy to deal with on the front end. The moving crew are very professional and polite. Maya is my first call when there's something to move.

With Cobra Van lines the Customer is always wrong. They agreed to postpone my delivery a month and charged me for the extra storage. They then delivered on the original date and refused to refund the extra storage costs. That was simply the tip of the iceberg after they were incredibly unprofessional at pickup. They were drinking on the job, and I had to pack and move half of the stuff myself and ended up asking friends to come help because they didn't bring enough help. The unprofessionalism attained was horrendous , I was communicated with up until the point of obtaining my items from my initial location to move. After obtaining the first half of my payment, it seems all communication moving forward ceased. My items were collected from the initial location on June 29th. I did not obtain my items until July 15th. There was no communication. I was the one who had to continuously initiate the conversation for updates on my items.
