As a service provider I know that the leverage comes from customer satisfaction. Therefore it is mandatory to satisfy clients in every aspect. Maya van lines did the same with me. They showed up every time I needed them. When they finally showed up on the relocation day, they cast their performance spell. The error free dismantling, wrapping and packing up things were way too much beyond expectation. Their crews transferred my goods to my new place safely. I think I am satisfied. Maya van lines is a good one.
Prior to seeking the services of Maya van lines, I had no idea of them. Not anyone close to me had hired them out so I did not know of their existence. I've had the best experience with Maya van lines. I moved cross country and was looking for last minute movers. I was very lucky they had one spot left and took it. They moved all my things on time and not a single item damaged. I just unpacked my new home and am so thankful I didn't hire careless movers. They informed me about everything through the entire process regarding when my shipment will be picked up as well as when my shipment will be delivered.
After getting stood up by a company, Maya van lines stepped in and had a trailer to us that very evening. I then hired a local crew to load us the next morning and Maya van lines picked up the trailer for our interstate move. They did an EXCELLENT job and the move turned out to be very economical this way. Hiring a local crew for a few hours on each end while having Maya van lines do the freight hauling is a very cost-effective way for an interstate move. I highly recommend them.
The crew from Maya van lines was highly motivated and focused on only doing the job right. They ensured the safe transfer of my things within the agreed time limit. The fees I paid were not much and even though I was financially in a fix, they ensured the success of my move by finishing the job within the same week, I have to recommend them. I’m completely satisfied with the work of these guys. I recommend them.
I am not looking for anything short of Maya van lines. If I am to relocate anytime soon, I should have nothing below their relocation standards. Since I am not certain of any other mover with such relocation capabilities, I believe I should just stick to them. I will never suffer as far as relocations are concerned. I am very thankful to Maya van lines. I requested their service pretty last minute and they were still able to accommodate me and do a great job in the process. They were quick and all of my furniture arrived without a scratch. PLUS!! When one of my pieces of furniture would not fit up the stair well to our new apartment, their sales rep came back after work, at his own time to take it apart and reinstall it in my apartment. They were on time. Two men who quickly came and unloaded things. The only thing that I feel could have been better was the way they wrapped some items. Some of the items were open-box so I asked them to package them. But they just taped it once so it was not packed well, whatever they did. Also they didn't give any blankets to cover the bed and mattress. I had to use my own, I was told they'd be providing all the blankets and everything but they didn't have it. This team was incredible. They got me out of my old place and moved into my new place in under 3 hours. Also worth noting my new place is a 30 minute drive away in traffic. They were courteous, and also had a lot of fun hanging out with them. These guys are going places. These guys were VERY hard working and took extreme care moving my stuff. I would recommend them to anybody. I will be using them again in the future!
