Bit of a hassle with paperwork, but it's their job. I got the property from them, I recommend others too.
Please be cautious of fraudulent agent. I have been informed that there is a discrepancy between my bank records and payslip. I assured them that I can provide evidence from both my bank statements and payslip, complete with dates. However, they are currently not answering my calls. I will proceed to take legal action.
Save ur money and time with this company Acting really unprofessional and gangster behavior and i don’t think they know anything about this at all . Set a appointment to view a house they don’t show up and then says i have send u a text wich i haven’t recived and while i was waiting for him to show up to the adress he says u weren’t there … End of the day ppl is their choice but is not a choice to go forward .
