I had surgery with Maya Medical last month and i couldn’t fault anything. The whole team was great. I would definitely recommend them. Thankyou so much!
Honestly the worst company I’ve ever used. They cancelled my surgery an hour before I was meant to go in. They said I’m anaemic which according to them is a common issue and can be sorted in a few weeks with iron tablets. They never once asked me to test prior to arriving in turkey which would have avoided the whole situation. Their customer service is awful. The hotel they put me in was not like the brochure they sent over at all, the room was fine but not as expected. They refused to give me my deposit back as well Lots of... read more
