We went to Aspire to see Dr. Kreisman, hoping for support and guidance as we tried to grow our family. Unfortunately, we were treated more like numbers than individuals, despite a clear idea of what we needed to address to conceive. Dr. Kriseman is always so professional and caring. Very communicative and makes sure we know what’s going on every step of the way - even in the toughest moments we feel we are being cared for!
I’m really not impressed with the level of care we received. My husband and I spent over $1,000, and keep in mind—we already have a baby at home. We went through all their tests, and at the second follow-up consultation, the provider told me I’d need to come back again so she could personally examine my ovaries. Apparently, she didn’t trust the results from whoever did the initial ovary exam, which was frustrating. Now I’m expected to return and pay another consultation fee.
