I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at Maya Hookah Lounge. The customer service was rude and unprofessional from the moment we walked in. We waited far too long to be served, and the staff acted like they didn't care. The hookah was harsh, burned quickly, and tasted old, as if the coals and flavors hadn't been changed properly. Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. I had high expectations, but this place was a huge disappointment. The service was incredibly slow, and it felt like the staff couldn't care less about their customers. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt ignored the entire time.
