I called and schedule a service two weeks ago arrived at my appointment Maya had someone in the chair. I waited 45 minutes without service. I wanted regular straight back braids. Maya Informed me that it was gonna be $70, which is quite a bit high. I never got my hair braided because she ran out of the shop and said she had to run to store.After waiting 45 minutes without service now you have to run to the store. Maya’s prices are high and her services is not up to standards.

Came to get cornrows, it was clear from the onset that the lady present did not speak English but Wolof, (it looked like the owner was not present at the time). This wasn’t too much of an issue as the cornrows came out well, after various calls and pauses to help with translation.

maya is a rude person and don’t know how to do two braids they were uneven and the back was out then when asked can she fix it she fixed it and did the same thing .! so I ask for a refund she was disrespect and didn’t give me my money back also the people she was in the salon with they were all talking about me in their language and was toooo pricey 60 dollars for 2 braids
