Does anyone know what is going on? I’ve been trying to reach anyone at this clinic with no succes! They have my kids medical records. Haven’t been able to contact ANYONE at all since late May! This is unprofessional. There was no warning to patients that they would be closed this long. Unacceptable!
This office use to be very good & so convenient, especially when the doctor was on one side & the dentist on the other. But when the dentist office relocated, Maya went downhill. Before the dr would be open Mon-Sat from 10am-5pm. Now the office is open Mon-Sat but the dr only comes Tues, Thurs, & Sat, if that. Also they will make appointments for those days starting at 10am, but the dr never comes in til 12pm or later. Even when she finally shows up, your still waiting for at least another hour or so.
