The most rudest tax accounting location I’ve ever visited. The old man has absolutely no manners, talks to customers as if he can justify it by being a tax accountant saying things like “you don’t like taxes than leave. my country this my country that”. Trust me. I get it I’m a citizen as well but that doesn’t mean you can degrade your own ethnicity. It’s disgusting. Never going here again.
Muy mal servicio y ademas de todo se hacen los bobos para cobrar demas .. a mi solo me tenian que traducir una carta de español a inglés y me cobraron $80 dolares por traducirme un documento que ya estaba en ingles y no había necesidad de traducirlo si no que solo necesitaba la carta traducida.
POOR SERVICE , WAS VERY RUDE , DIDNT WANT TO TAKE MY ID , WAS SNATCHING AND THROWING STUFF BACK AT ME !! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL !!!!!
Muy mal servicio al cliente lamentable que una compañía con tantos años de servicio en Cape Coral; en estas otras sucursales tengan personas que no tienen idea del servicio al cliente, llame para pedir información de un trámite que es la primera vez que hago y normal de cualquier cliente hice varias preguntas para saber si esta era la Vía mas conveniente para mi necesidad, la señora que me contestó se negaba a darme información insistiendo que debía ir a la oficina, no tiene lógica trasladarse hasta la Palm Beach solo para c... read more
