I called your dental clinic last week to book an appointment, but the receptionist who answered the phone was extremely rude. I just wanted to ask about an appointment, but her attitude was very unprofessional. It seems she could benefit from some training on how to treat patients respectfully.
From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was impressed by how clean, modern, and welcoming everything looked. The atmosphere was calm and professional, and the front desk staff greeted me with genuine warmth and made the check-in process quick and easy.The dental hygienists were incredibly kind and attentive, taking the time to explain every step of the cleaning process and ensuring I was comfortable the entire time.
