This was the closest (ReedsBurg office) eye med that was covered by our new company insurance policy & after wearing glasses for over a decade & trying different eye doctors (Stanton optical, America's best, Davis Dueher Dean, Walmart, etc.) I was really impressed of their thouroughness of the exam & all state of the art equipment, every year I go for my routine eye exam they have a new "toy" eye test equipment. I had an excellent experience at May Vision! From the friendly greeting at the front desk to my eye exam, everyone was professional, welcoming, and helpful. Dr. Bennett-Fasbender was very friendly, thorough, and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. The staff also did a wonderful job helping me pick out glasses and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend May Vision for their outstanding customer service and quality care!
All personnel were very helpful. When registering upon arrival, I realized I did not have with me my insurance info (left at home in other purse), but my appointment moved forward with directions of how I could take photos with my Smart Phono and send them to May Optical when I got home. I then proceeded with my vision evaluation and was amazed by the equipment now being used since my last evaluation elsewhere. Ended up with new readers.
