I've been going to MayVan clinic since 2019 and have had excellent experiences, and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. One star only because the doctor Saira does listen to the patient. However, the overall experience has been very disappointing. If you visit the clinic, be prepared to wait up to 3 hours just for the doctor Saira to come into the room. For phone appointments, you may not receive the call at the scheduled time and instead could be waiting up to 24 hours, as mentioned in their email. If you miss the call, there is a $30 charge. Worst service. I cant even imagine what happened to me today. I booked an appointment to do my blood test, and hoping as this was my first pregnancy, i was happy and to see the doctor. But it all went downhill, i waited 1 hour for my appointment for nurse to call me in and then she asked me everything and talked about whats going to happen next. Unprofessional staff as well as doctor. They dont have a slightest sympathy for their patients nor they care about their time. When you call out the receptionist or you tell Dr. Hussaini they dont take any action instead will ask the patient to go to a different doctor. Mind you they ask their patients to pay $50-$70 per doctor note or any other services but if a patient slightly complain about how they pick Nd choose patients even when they have appointments they act so defensive and rude.
