Unprofessional, Negligent, and Disrespectful to Patients I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this clinic. I had been taking my father to this doctor regularly since 2022 because of his ongoing liver issues. I had an appointment last month but was unable to attend due to work commitments. Afterward, I received multiple calls from the clinic requesting a fine and notifying me that my profile was blocked. At no point was I asked if I had any issues, needed to reschedule, or if the doctor could contact me. When it comes to mental health, Dr Saira and the other female physician seem to struggle with compassion and empathy. Great clinic for general health care, but they lack the skills to provide mental health supports. They did not make me feel safe, seen, or understood. Instead I was told "You are young, you are just struggling", completely dismissing my prior assessment of adhd at 12 and its issues. The words chosen can be invalidating and harmful which does not help with mental health recovery.
