I called them and even emailed them proof of stuff that was going on with one of the employees inside there company truck, remind you with my daughter that barely turned 18 which also has mental health problems, and disability’s. Take it or leave it. Once I understood the layout of things, my judgemental self righteous attitude went away and appreciate all the yard, offices, which is made up of people have to offer. The company has ways to do feedbacks and if it's plausible, they will implement the idea. We just need to be adults, not children, and act professional.
