The staff was very attentive, friendly, and supportive. The doctors were informative and attentive. I was so pleased with the experience. I know the coordination is not easy but there was obvious teamwork. Congrats!
Although appointments are scheduled, we still had over an hour wait time. Full visit time was 3 hours... Also, waiting room/patient facilities are not kept and not sanitized consistently. Doctor is clear & communicative on concerns.
