I brought two himiwaybikes to Greg for service. My bike was diagnosed needing a motor. But everything was supposedly adjusted and serviced. Which is not true. The bike shop located in Raleigh north carolina had to adjust everything Greg said he had already done. My wife's bike ml needed a chain and alot of other adjustments. Now the motor that work fine before Greg touched it no longer runs. When I called Greg he told oh I don't work on electric bike motors. Dude refused to work on my simple e-bike all it needed was a tire change cussed me and my friend out for leaving the door open for 10 seconds.
Not much to offer in shop, unless you're interested in guitars....... there is another bike shop nearby
I cannot recommend this bike shop more! I purchased an electric bike from bluejay bikes not realizing it would arrive unassembled. I was able to have the bike delivered to May Street and they not only assembled the bike, they helped with getting damaged parts replaced and reinstalled along with delivering the final product to my house! They kindly answered all my annoying questions about its use and maintenance. They definitely go above and beyond! Thank you, Thank you 😊
