This is the worst place to get any service done in terms of billing. They sent a bill to debt collection agency for a service I fully paid as self pay on the day of the service. Called them multiple times to correct the error and recall the debt collection but never got a response. Dont ever go there if you have any other choice

Doctors are good. Administration is rude. They send a statement (not even an actual bill) with no instructions on how to pay or return envelope (I don't expect a stamp but at least send a pre addressed envelope like every other medical practice in the country). I called to ask how to pay and asked them "how do you expect your patients to pay you without any instructions on the bill?" They were rude and hung up on me within seconds saying "we don't do that."

This office of general surgery doctors are great individuals but there office administration is poorly managed. They are not polite and do not handle todays administrations rules with professionalism. I suggest they seek for a more advance and educated professional to run the administrative office.
