Completely wasted my time I called in to make an appointment, and they didn’t take my info down, only said “it’s okay, we have your number.” I showed up right on time for my appointment at 3:30pm but they took another customer who walked in right before me (literally held the door for me as we walked in) After 10 mins I asked if they had another stylist and they said no sorry, please wait - as they both started on their customers. After coming here for the past three years from time to time, it took me a while to figure out what exactly it was I wanted to say, as each visit was different from my last experience. I will say that whenever I would come, I was usually satisfied with my haircut. However, sometimes, Melody would be friendly and cut my hair with no problems. Other times, not so much. Very much enjoyed the service, I like my hair short and simple as it get hot. Melody done a wonderful job, will return.
