Catie. Is. AMAZING! Her knowledge of anatomy is stellar. She knew that the knot in my scapula was about two other spots that needed attention. She is strong, but while doing deep tissue, does not lose the smoothness of her technique. This is now the only place I'll go!
Bought my wife a gift card so she could have a little spa day for her birthday. Catie was great at helping me choose different treatments and add ons to make sure she had the best massage possible. My wife absolutely loved her massage and body scrub and already wants me to book her another session. Highly recommend!

Catie is the best! I found her when I was in a lot of pain from breastfeeding postpartum and she helped me immensely. I’ve continued to use her since! Strong hands, thorough, and very caring. Also easy to schedule, which is important for me as a working mom!!
I have been searching this area for a long time for someone who can perform authentic manual lymphatic drainage. I went to a few people who claimed they offered the service but when I actually went in they didn't seem confident and didn't deliver. I am super grateful to have found Catie. I have an autoimmune disorder and lymphatic drainage is essential to my recovery so if you are on the fence I would highly recommend her services. One of the only few in the area who offer manual lymphatic drainage!
