I went in for a manual lymphatic drainage treatment after knee surgery and it has been so helpful for my recovery. Highly recommended ! Relaxing and quiet atmosphere and very professional.

I went in for a standard deep tissue massage, but what I walked out with was a much higher standard for massages. Catie is amazing. I had severe shoulder surgery and came to her when my arm was still in a sling to reduce muscle pain. She gently worked around the surgery area on numerous occasions and every time worked the area 100% without hitting the surgical area. I would highly recommend her for everyday massages as well as health related issues
