Dr Bradley is wonderful! I’d give 10 stars if I could! He is one of the kindest and most caring doctors I have ever met! I was terrified of having the procedure because of previous experiences with other doctors. Dr Bradley and his staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and they were truly concerned about my concerns. The procedure was quick and so much better than I anticipated. Loree at the front desk was my first point of contact and was friendly and informative. Dr. Bradley and Kelly were amazing throughout the whole experience as well. Everyone communicated very well. Dr. Bradley did great work and made sure I was comfortable and informed of what he was doing. He made sure to take the time necessary and the visit didn't take long. I'm pleased with May River Endodontics.
From the time I interacted with this staff starting with Lori at the front desk to Kelly, the dental assistant to Dr. Bradley, the care and compassion was amazing. Dr. Bradley took his time and explained the procedure and what to expect. I have to say I had the best experience anyone could have when getting dental work done.
May River Endodontics knocked it out of the park with my root canal. From the moment I called, Loree made everything easy, and Dr. Bradley's and Kelly's care was second to none — I truly could not have asked for a better team. I called on Monday and they had me taken care of by Wednesday. That kind of responsiveness is rare, and I couldn't be more appreciative.
