Haven't even been yet but each time I've called to make a new patient appointment, the receptionist immediately recommends I see another dermatology group in the area b/c they dont have appointments available for almost a year out. Thats kind of ridiculous for how many physicians & locations they have!
Very disappointed by front desk checkout. The older blonde receptionist was very rude. The rest of the staff was terrific but she was so short with me I won't come back.
This area is ridiculous!!!!! Cannot even get in a dermatologist for 6 months!!?!?
I recently saw Dr. Green for recurrent acne that has been a frustrating problem I've dealt with my entire life. Dr. Green was wonderful, extremely professional, knowledgable, and caring. She spent a significant amount of time with me discussing treatment options, engaged in shared decision making to determine what treatment direction would be best, and she was generally very compassionate and reassuring.
