Just absolutely terrible service. It took nearly 2 and half months to get a quote back. Then, when I was emailed the quote, I asked a couple questions to no reply. Emailed him several times, and still never heard back. Do not recommend.
I’ve called and emailed several times and still 0 response from Brady Klotz. Not sure how many times or how many ways I need to reach out, but if you need an agent, he’s not the one. Absolutely no clue how to use a phone or email. Is that the type of agent anyone wants?
