Slightly satisfied, mediocre experience Overall, very friendly staff. Although my stylist was very attentive (spent 1.2 hrs with me), I thought she charged a bit too much for my haircut given her skill level (e.g. layers cut slightly unevenily). Stylists not particularly young or hip. As far as I saw, clientele base primarily on individuals age 40 and up, who wanted traditional, short, permed hairstyles). Rudimentary to conversational English speakers, which made it difficult for me to communicate with my stylist.
