Update: Billy and his team were at my house to complete the repair within a week. It was such a relief to hear back from his team that quickly. Update: 2/24/26- I hired a contractor to fix the leak damage in the bedroom ceiling. They reported that the leak was still ongoing. I experienced a leak in my roof since May Electric Solar installed my solar panels. William May came by and saw a screw was forgotten and that was the cause. When it came to getting solar panels I was very skeptical of what installer/electric contractor I would use due the the unfortunate fact that many of the installers are only out there for themselves and set people up with ridiculous financing or lease terms that do nothing more than put money in their pocket and screw over the homeowner.
