Dr. Dicola is nothing short of amazing. Her bedside manner is impeccable. I always feel heard and well cared for when I visit with her. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure all of your questions are answered and does not rush you in any way. I have always had a great experience with the whole practice.
I have been trying to get in touch with my daughters doctor, anyone in the office really- to refill her necessary prescription. She has now been without it for multiple days in a row and still no one will answer or help me from this office. I am repulsed by the lack of care for their patients.
DiCola is wonderful. been going to her for over 14 years. Only issue I have is the front desk team. I called a day before with an urgent follow up as instructed by my doctor and was told someone would get back to me then. Next day, late morning I called again, however Erin who I spoke with, was annoyed over my concerned voice that I still am waiting for someone to call me back (this is the second time this has happened ) with a health concern.
